Robert graduated from the physical therapy program at the University of Toronto
in 1997 and has dedicated his physiotherapy practice to neurological
rehabilitation. His 25 years of work experience span acute neurology at Vancouver
General, rehabilitation centres in both Toronto and Vancouver and private practice.
For many years Robert was owner of a neuro-dedicated private practice clinic in
North Vancouver and more recently in Courtenay, Vancouver Island. After passing
on the clinic to Juliet in 2022, Robert provided some neurophysio consulting out of
country. Robert is not only registered to practice physiotherapy in British
Columbia, but the UK as well.
Robert has participated in advancing awareness of neurophysiotherapy through
ventures with British Columbia Physiotherapy Association & various neuroscience
committees. He is a Advanced Bobath certified therapist and has numerous
certificates in neurorehabilitation, vestibular & balance, as well as concussion.
Recently Robert returned to the Comox Valley following an extended period of
travel. With renewed appreciation for the beauty and magic of our BC landscape
and the nurturing spirit of the Comox Valley community he looks forward to
offering his therapy services again.
